Jeysakthi
Dear all.
We wish to share some noble thoughts with you now. We, the Ritanbhara Jnana Sabha Members, Some friends and Spiritual minded peoples assembled on 12th June 2014 at Nagarasanpettai Village near Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu, India to form a Trust Board for service to the nation. The Nagarasanpettai village Sri Nithyakalyanasundari sametha Sri Naganathaswami Temple near Kumbakonam, the Renovation and Kumbabishekam function ended successfully on 12th June 2014 with the blessings of Peetathipathis and siddhas by the full cooperation and help of devotees and donors. Though the initial formalities are over, after the Kumbabishekam, it is all the more necessary for us to see that the temple conducts its day to day operations well. So many deities Sannathis are newly opened now. This will include daily puja requirements, Neivedyam for the deities, upkeep of the temple, electrical power charges, safeguarding the assets of the temple, contribution to the temple Archakas etc. It is our desire that the temple conducts pujas in a befitting manner on auspicious dates like Chathurti, Krithigai, Pournami, Ashtami, Prodosham on monthly basis, and Navarathiri, Sivarathri, Skandashashti on yearly basis. And also we desired to do some social works like to serve for Vedapadasala, Cow feeding, to deepen the temple tank, and to conduct medical camp in the villages etc. First, we have taken steps to bring into limelight the temple in the nearby areas with the recent Kumbabishekam. More we do for this temple will brighten the livelihood of the nearby communities, as well as the well-wishers like you. We have formed a Trust named as Nagarasanpettai Sri Nithya Kalyani Trust (in the address – 5/186A, Thaiyal Nagar, Sakkottai, Kumbakonam 612401) with 6 trustees with the above purpose, and also to conduct some social activities for the benefit of the residents there. The Trust has been duly registered under the Indian Registration Act (28/2014). According to a rough estimate, a sum of Rs.15,000 is required for running the temple every month, as originally envisaged by us. It would be my privilege to seek the help of all the well wishers in maintaining the temple activities in a manner required. For this purpose, we have since opened a bank account at City Union Bank Ltd, Sakkottai Branch, near Kumbakonam, in the name of
Nagarasanpettai Sri Nithyakalyani Trust,
bearing account No: 500101010319464
(IFS Code: CIUB0000290)
We have got a plan with the grace of Sri Nithyakalyanasundrai, to create a corpus fund collecting from donors and well-wishers about a sum of Rs.12 lakhs, and deposit in the same in the bank as fixed deposit, and from the interest of the fund we will meet the expenditure of the religious functions in monthly basis and yearly basis. By the grace of Goddess, Initially we have received about Rs 2 laks from some noble minded friends and the same also was deposited in the bank as FD. Already some well-wishers have expressed their readiness to contribute to this noble cause for the above purpose. So we request to you to kindly accompany with the noble cause by contributing liberally for the fund. Remittances can be sent by cheque/draft payable at Kumbakonam to the above address, or by net banking (Neft) transfer. Your contribution will keep in this bank as Fixed Deposit for long term basis. We are confident that you will readily respond to this request quite positively.
